Civil
Many of the structural projects listed within the previous
section featured large civil components, typically consisting of carparking,
access roadways and in ground services. Our work at various fish processing
facilities for Tassal, Nortas and Saltas in particular featured challenging
civil engineering components.
In recent years Gandy and Roberts has increased its
share of stand alone civil projects, such as subdivisions and municipal
work for Kingborough Municipal Council. We have also completed a large
number of unit developments, ranging in size from two unit projects
to small subdivision style developments such as Waterworks Road in Dynnyrne,
which involved 34 units and internal roadways.
